Philosophy
Kaiasul Wood's objective is to make a change on how construction is conceived in the region, with this in mind we work with renewable and sustainable materials construction, as timber.
We harness alternative energy sources and sewage treatment in order to make an impact on the way of living and using natural resources.
Materials
Our materials come from German and Austrian companies, whose production and care for the environment satisfies the following items.

International certifications (PEFC, ISO 14000, ECOPROFIT).

Specialized lab tests to assure quality and durability of the material.

Production processes that contemplate social responsibilities.
Construction system

The main material, wood, is reusable and biodegradable.

Our constructive system uses, almost entirely, wood, with products such as CLT (cross-laminated timber) and laminated beams, all of them prepared for external use.

The assembly process is agile and efficient, causing a decrease in construction costs.
Energy efficiency
To achieve efficiency, we complement the system construction with:

Photovoltaic Panels in order to reach energy autonomy and efficiency, based in renewable sources.
We would like to mention, as a remarkable example, the case of Feldheim village, which produces 100% of its energy from renewable sources. -
A sewage treatment plant, This possibility exists according to the ground characteristics.
Using these systems, the water savings can go up until 70%.
